About Meer Soul Counseling
Meet Our Therapist

_edited_edited.png)
Hi, I’m Jill Lees, LCSW, founder of Meer Soul Counseling, a trauma therapy practice based in Arvada, Colorado. I provide in-person therapy in Olde Town Arvada and work with clients throughout the Denver metro area via telehealth. As an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist, I specialize in working with millennial women navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning, yet feel stuck in patterns of emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or persistent anxiety. I provide a grounded, supportive space where you can safely explore your experiences, process what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, stability, and self-trust.
My approach is trauma-informed and nervous-system-focused, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and depth-oriented therapy. This work helps address the root causes of emotional patterns—not just the symptoms—supporting meaningful and lasting change.
As a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider and IFS-informed therapist, I tailor the therapeutic process to each client’s unique history, internal system, and goals. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced in a way that supports genuine healing and integration.
I offer in-person trauma therapy in Arvada, Colorado, and online therapy for clients across Colorado, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Florida. Meer Soul Counseling is a private-pay practice designed to support depth-oriented, individualized care for clients seeking specialized trauma therapy.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine whether this work feels aligned and supportive for you.
