I offer both private-pay and insurance-based therapy, depending on what feels like the best fit for your needs.
Private-pay sessions allow for more flexibility, greater privacy, and the ability to focus on deeper, long-term healing work. Many of the women I work with choose this option when they’re looking for more personalized, in-depth support.
I am also in-network with Aetna and UnitedHealthcare, which can be a helpful option for those looking to use their insurance benefits.

I typically meet with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. The duration of therapy depends on several factors, including consistent attendance, the topics we are working on, and progress toward the goals outlined in the treatment plan.

Sessions are $165 for a 55-minute individual therapy session.
Private pay allows us to focus on depth-oriented, personalized care without the limitations often required by insurance. For clients with out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an evidence-based therapy approach used to help people process trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer trigger the same emotional intensity.
